Text on nonviolence by:

Jesus: “But I say to you who are listening: Love your enemies, do good to those who hate you.”

Buddha: “All tremble at violence. All love life. All fear death. See yourself in others. Whom can you harm then? What harm can you do?”

Krishnamurti: “When you call yourself an Indian, a Muslim, a Christian, a European, or anything else, you are violent. Do you see why it is violent? Because you separate yourself from the rest of humanity. When you separate yourself by faith, nationality, or tradition, it breeds violence. So a man who wants to understand violence does not belong to a country, a religion, a political party, or a partial system; he is concerned with the total understanding of humanity.”

Gandhi: “Nonviolence is the weapon of the strong.”
