Deepak vs Nathan? (English)

β€˜The only thing truly permanent is the awareness in which all sensations rise and fade.’ – Deepak Chopra

Here is my response:
I say no. That’s not right. Because that still means separation, doesn’t it? Because you are everything. You are the world you perceive. There is no separate self. Consciousness is equal to its content. The perceiver is the perceived.

There is only life, which encompasses everything and nothing. And life is you, and you are life.

The ocean is its content.

To fixate on that which is immortal and to dismiss that which is mortal as unimportant or less important represents a split.

The eternal and the temporal belong together. You are complete awareness itself, but also completely, 100% human.

A newborn child is not inferior to God or the divine. The divine blesses the child. “Unless you change and become like little children, you will certainly not enter the kingdom of heaven.”

“And whoever receives such a child in my name receives me.” – Jesus according to Matthew 18:3 and 5.

Jesus frequently called himself the Son of Man alongside the Son of God, or: “Whoever has seen me has seen God.”

Look at the practice.

You love life. You love food and drink. You love sex. You love nature. You love your partner. There is nothing ungodly about that.

The observer and the person are not different. Just as the thinker and the thinking are not different but one and the same.

You can see and understand this directly.

Only in this lies no inner conflict.

But claiming that you are only consciousness and that the rest is an illusion does not end the conflict within you and the world. For society is a reflection of our inner conflict. A reflection of our self-judgment and self-hatred. You can argue that we should love everyone. But we’ve been trying to do that for thousands of years. Our self-hatred, our deep divisions, are the root of all evil.

Don’t say the world is just an illusion, while you’re still attached to your piece of meat, attached to your cigarette, attached to all your possessions and money.

Yes, you are equally human and divine. By recognizing your emotions, you remain human. By recognizing love and consciousness, you remain divine. And one is not inferior to the other. They belong to each other like the sun and the earth.

Without the earth, the sun is nothing. And without the sun, life on earth is not possible. You cannot separate them: only through thoughts.

Just as thoughts has created the thinker. But in reality, there is only thoughts. I and my thoughts represent only an inner conflict.

When I and myself collapse, there will be an inner transformation. There will be an unconditioned mind, or, choiceless awareness. Only in that way is there no conflict. You are the world you perceive.

Only inner peace can bring peace to the world.
